Practicum (1) - Matt B.

I am participating in Kongregate for my practicum assignment. Kongregate is a website that allows people to create, play, and vote on games. So to start, I began an account on Kongregate and immediately jumped into playing the most popular game: Cursed Treasure. Cursed Treasure is a relatively simple game that consists of building different turrets to defend your gems from wave after wave of increasingly difficult enemies. The game is very straightforward because the various upgrades accommodate the increasing difficulty. The great part about Kongregate is that I had no problem playing for over an hour, so I am not worried about quickly going through the 15 hours of required research. Going forward, I am looking forward to expanding my profile, chatting with other members, and playing more obscure games.
